PARTY & EVENT FAQ’S

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • What type of events do you work on?

    Great question! If you can dream it, we can entertain at it, except funerals - maybe.

  • What ages do you entertain?

    We provide outstanding entertainment for ages 3 to 99+. We offer a varity of services that will bring smile to young and old alike.

  • Do you have insurance?

    Thank you for asking; yes, we do. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

  • Besides money, what do you need from me?

    We ask that you provide the electricity (if needed), a space to entertain, and a signed contract. We will take care of everything else. Although, a bottle of water on a hot day will earn you much gratitude from us.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all your swipes, dips, and taps. We also accept checks and ACH, but we love cash.

  • How does this work concerning payment?

    We require a Non-Refundable Reservation Fee of 50% of the total event fees. Availability for your event is only guaranteed once this payment has been received. The Reservation Fee will be applied to the total due. Full payment is due 7 calendar days before the event unless otherwise negotiated.

  • What is your cancelation policy?

    We allow one (1) reschedule at your request before a new reservation fee is required. If rescheduling is required, this must be completed seven (7) calendar days before the event, and the new date must be scheduled within 15 days out from the canceled date or the Reservation Fee will be forfeited. We are not responsible for Acts of God.

  • What if I need extra time?

    We work hard to create the best custom package for you at the best price possible. We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens. For this reason, we offer a 30-minute rate of $75.00 per artist and/or service. All need for extra time are to be discussed with our Team Leader at least 20 minutes prior to the end of our time at your event. Payment must be made at this time, and unfortunately, we can only accept cash. While we do not like to lose a smile, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate a request for extra time.

PAINT BRUSH AND AIRBRUSH SERVICES

  • What type of makeup do you use?

    We use only FDA and, whenever possible EU approved cosmetic grade products and glitters of the best professional quality. Currently, some of the brands we feature are Mehron, Wolfe FX, Global Body Art, Ben Nye, and European Body Art.

  • What do you do to protect my guests from the spread of germs?

    We are proud to say that we maintain the highest standards of on-the-job hygiene. We use a number of skin-safe products and practices to ensure that we are minimizing the spread of germs while on the job. We also have a "Well Child" policy that is strictly adhered to by all of our artists. A copy of this policy is available upon request.

  • Is your brushwork waterproof?

    We offer both paintbrush and airbrush artwork that is water resistant. The cosmetics used are alcohol-based, allowing for long-lasting wear.

  • How long does a tattoo last?

    Depending on your skin type, an airbrush tattoo can last up to seven (7) days, based on the manufacturer's guidelines. We follow all manufacturers' guidelines to help achieve this lifespan. However, we cannot warranty that it will make it beyond the application. Please be aware that for the safety and enjoyment of your guests, we cannot tattoo above the shoulders for children and the neck for adults.

  • How long does the face paint last?

    Whether applied with a paintbrush or an airbrush, traditional face paint is makeup and is not meant for long-lasting wear (we are talking days). We recommend washing with a gentle soap prior to bedtime. If water-resistant makeup is used, it will last longer (up to days). We recommend washing with a gentle, alcohol or coconut oil-based makeup remover.

BALLOON DECOR

  • Tell me about your balloons.

    We use only professional-quality latex balloons in all of our creations. While we make every effort possible through product and practice to prevent allergic reactions, the potential is possible. Please tell us of any known latex allergies prior to the event. Children and Adults who have allergic reactions to latex should refrain from having contact with the latex balloons.

COTTON CANDY

  • Can I just rent the machine by itself?

    It is our goal to take the stress out of your entertainment. This goal extends to our cotton candy service, so let us handle all the messy work. Believe me; it can be Messy!

  • What else do you have to offer?

    We are happy to let you know that we can meet almost all your family-friendly entertainment needs. We are connected to a vast network of entertainers and will work our hardest to fulfill your entertainment dreams.

  • Do you have anything for just adults?

    During the spookier time of year, we offer what we call a Scar Bar Service. This is pretty much what it sounds like. We come out and spook up your adult event by offering gore to order.
